19 Year Old German Man Steals Ant Colonies, Sells Them On Ebay.

According to a post on Formiculture.com by user Barristan, a 19 year old German man who was employed by the German ant store myants.de, has been caught stealing ant colonies from his employer and attempting to sell them on eBay.

According to the original source, the ants were located by police after the wholesaler used a friend to attempt to purchase some ants. Police searched the thief's apartment and found the exotic ants valued at up to 3500 Euro.

There is no mention of the punishment the thief has received but we can think of a few good ones. That we should probably keep to ourselves.....
